Orders and payment
How do I place an order
Select your items, add them to the basket, and complete checkout over a secure connection.
Which payment methods do you accept
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. More detail is in our Transactions Policy.
Can I still change or cancel my order
If your order has not been dispatched yet, it may still be possible. Email info@folkmode.com as soon as you can after ordering. Once an order is on its way we cannot stop it in transit.
Delivery
How long does delivery take
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days and delivered within 5 to 12 working days, which is 6 to 15 working days in total in most cases.
What does delivery cost
Shipping is £0.00 on all orders, with no minimum order value.
Where do you deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
Who delivers my parcel
United Kingdom deliveries are handled by Royal Mail, and every parcel has a tracking number.
Can I track my order
Yes. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Returns and refunds
What is your returns period
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. By law you have 14 days to cancel, and we extend that to 30 days voluntarily.
How do I start a return
Email info@folkmode.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply with the correct return address. Please wait for that address before sending anything back.
Who pays for return postage
Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item you received is faulty or incorrect. In that case we cover the cost.
When do I get my refund
We check the return within 2 to 5 working days of receiving it and refund your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a further 3 to 10 working days to show the amount.
